Breathe Consciously. Everyday!

A very food friend of mine once told me, ‘How can people be conscious, most people don’t even know how to breathe’. She had been learning a new mothod of Meditation which really opened her eyes to breathing, and that sentenced opened my eyes too.

Most of us rarely think about our breathing, we do it too often to be conscious about it so we leave that task down to our subconscious. The problem with this is that we never come back to it, and it remains a subconsious task until somebody reminds of the fact you’re breathing.
